About the role

As a property teacher at Astar, you will teach adult students both practically and theoretically in courses such as Property Systems, Property Automation, HVAC, and Thermodynamics. You will conduct teacher-led and structured teaching according to the Astar model, where clear steps, controlled understanding, and practical guidance create the best possible conditions for students' learning and professional development.

The role also includes actively sourcing, matching, and following up on APL placements within the property industry, building good relationships with companies, and ensuring that students receive relevant and safe internship environments. From the start of the education, you will work closely with the labor market and support students on their path to employment.

Together with colleagues, you will contribute to a welcoming, engaged, and solution-focused team where the student's development is always at the center.

The position is full-time with the possibility of immediate start or waiting for a notice period.

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license in the relevant subjects or substantial experience as a teacher in the field. If neither of these two requirements applies to you, we kindly ask you not to apply.
